Here are some tips on how to make your takeaway or home delivery ramen or udon tasty.
* You can choose between raw or boiled noodles when you ordering.
* Udon and Soba are available in boiled noodles only.



For Boiled Noodles:
- Heat the soup in a microwave at 600W for 60~90 seconds.
- Break up the noodles with chopsticks or a fork and put the toppings and ingredients back on top of the noodles.
* If the noodles do not unravel properly, place them in a saucepan of boiling water and break them up quickly.
* Drain the water thoroughly in a colander and return to the pack. - Pour the soup into the noodle bowl and you’re ready to eat!
For Raw Noodles:
- Put the raw noodles in a pot of boiling water and boil.
* Boiling times vary from noodle to noodle, please see below.
Regular noodles: 3 minutes
Tsukemen: 5 minutes 30 seconds (after boiling the noodles, chill them well in cold water)
Tonkotsu noodle: 1 minute - Heat the soup in a microwave at 600W for 60~90 seconds.
- Pour the soup into the noodle bowl and you’re ready to eat!
